One platform.
One team.

We're a small company doing one thing carefully — building the software behind aged care and retirement operations, together, as a single team.

Three things we're deliberate about.

The choices we don't revisit every quarter.

  1. One connected operating team.

Six disciplines, one room, one roadmap. Not a set of pods each defending their own bit of the product.

  2. One platform, deliberately singular.

We build and keep improving one platform for care operators — not a growing shelf of loosely related tools with the same logo on them.

  3. Global markets, borderless design.

Our customers already work across borders. The platform is built so those borders don't become a daily tax on the people using it.

How we came to be — and what stayed constant.

A lot has changed since [[YEAR_FOUNDED]]. What hasn't: one platform, one team, and the belief that this kind of software is worth doing properly.

  1. Started with one idea

Centrim Global was founded to build one platform for care operators — not another shelf of loosely related products.

  2. Building it, carefully

The team grew around the platform. Product, design, engineering, quality, cloud and data working from the same roadmap.

  3. In daily use across four countries

Care homes and retirement operators use the platform every day. It's how we learn what to fix, sharpen and build next.

  4. More of the same, done better

Not new brands. Not a growing catalogue. Deeper capability, steadier foundations and more of the operating story done well.

Values that show up in the work.

Not a poster on the wall. These are the habits we hire for and hold each other to.

Purpose over posture

We'd rather solve a real problem quietly than announce a big one loudly. If it doesn't help the people using the platform, it doesn't ship.

One platform, one team

Product, design, engineering, quality, cloud and data sit together and share the same goals. Nobody hands work over a wall.

Craft on the long arc

We build software that has to work for years. That shapes every small decision — how we name things, what we say no to, how we clean up after ourselves.

Direct, respectful communication

We tell each other the truth kindly. Feedback goes in both directions and important disagreements get written down before they turn into friction.

Global relevance, local respect

Working across countries means listening carefully — to regulators, to language, to how care actually gets delivered — rather than exporting one way of doing things.

Careers that compound

We hire people for the long run and invest in them like it. Growth here looks like real responsibility, real mentorship and time to get good at something.

We're building something serious. Come and help build it.

If you'd rather do a few things really well than a lot of things loudly — you'll probably like it here.
