About the role
Gain hands-on experience with an innovative healthcare software company while working with our Australia and UK Product Support and Customer Success teams. This internship is suited to graduates passionate about technology, AI, software implementation and digital products.
What you'll do
- Analyse and validate client data for software implementation.
- Configure software modules, digital forms and customer environments.
- Support product implementation, system setup and quality validation.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and similar technologies to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with our Australia and UK Product Support and Customer Success teams.
- Learn enterprise software implementation, product configuration and customer onboarding.
What we're looking for
- Engineering graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for AI, software products and emerging technologies.
